Our Travel, Tourism and Aviation students enjoyed an inspiring and action-packed day of learning yesterday, thanks to three exceptional guest speakers from leading names in the aviation industry.
The day began with Jazz Pabla, Customer Service Trainer at British Airways, who shared invaluable insights into the world-class customer experience and service standards that define one of the world’s most respected airlines. Students gained a deeper understanding of what it takes to deliver excellence in customer service and maintain the high standards expected of a global brand.
Next, Seth Vanbeek from Ascend Airways offered a fascinating look behind the scenes of the aviation sector. His session provided students with a real-world perspective on the industry and motivated them to aim high as they pursue their own career ambitions.
To round off the day, Simran Purewal from Virgin Atlantic delivered an engaging and insightful talk about the company’s values, recruitment processes, and the importance of professionalism and punctuality. Her advice offered students practical tools to help them prepare for future career opportunities in aviation and travel.
