On the Musical Theatre course you will develop your skills in acting, singing, and dancing, all aspects of Musical Theatre. The course is highly focused on performance skills for small informal class performances.
This course is taught at the Slough & Langley College campus in Langley, Berkshire, with access to industry-standard facilities and industry-experienced tutors.

You will need a keen interest in Drama and performance and be happy to work independently and in groups. Students will have guided learning on differentiated levels from Entry 1 – To level 1.
Students will learn new skills in drama and storytelling in a supported and friendly environment, whilst working towards being able to express themselves in an inclusive empowering environment.
36 weeks from September 2026 to June 2027
Sessions are planned with the individual needs in mind and delivered in a way that supports each group member’s development and participation, which is designed to play to their strengths. During the year we aim to share what they have learnt and created with their families, friends and careers with a variety of performances.
Students will all follow a Learning Criteria delivered over the year, assessments will be through tutor lead practical, classroom based activities and observations in class.
This is a non regulated funded provision and there is no formal qualification at the end of the course.
All of our courses are aimed to support students develop their employability skills and life skills. Where courses are set a different levels you may which to progress onto the higher level the following year.
