CULTURE DAY CELEBRATES DIVERSITY, CREATIVITY, AND COMMUNITY SPIRIT

News overview

Our college community came together in spectacular fashion for this year’s Culture Day – a vibrant celebration filled with colour, creativity, and connection.

Students proudly showcased their heritage by wearing traditional national dress, bringing a wonderful display of cultures and traditions from around the world to campus. The event created a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere where everyone had the opportunity to celebrate diversity and learn more about one another.

Throughout the day, students took part in a range of interactive activities, including origami workshops and flag designing, which encouraged creativity and cultural expression. One of the highlights of the event was the popular henna tattoo station, hosted by the Foundation department, where students queued up to receive beautiful designs and experience a traditional art form enjoyed across many cultures.

From start to finish, the atmosphere across the college was full of energy, positivity, and community spirit. Culture Day once again demonstrated the strength of our diverse college community and the importance of celebrating the different backgrounds, traditions, and experiences that make it so special.

A huge thank you goes to the Student Services team for organising another fantastic event and creating such an engaging and memorable experience for students and staff alike.
