Some of our students recently took part in an important water safety session delivered by Ed from the Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service (RBFRS).
During the talk, students learned about the dangers of cold water shock, how to enter the water safely, and the hidden risks that open water can present. The session highlighted the importance of making safe decisions around water, particularly during the warmer months when more people are spending time outdoors.
